The Claw™ Web Site is owned and operated by Ferraro Design. By accessing, browsing or using this Web Site, you agree to these terms, conditions and disclaimers as amended from time to time ("Terms & Conditions") and acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing an item from this Web Site you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Ferraro Design may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any amendment will be effective immediately. Your continued use of this Web Site after any amendment becomes effective constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as so amended.

All information provided by you when placing an order is referred to in these Terms and Conditions as "User Information". When you provide any User Information you are representing and warranting that all of the information provided is true and correct and are agreeing to indemnify Ferraro Design for any losses, costs expenses or damages that Ferraro Design may suffer if any of this information is not correct.

Ferraro Design will not make any of the "User Information" available to outside parties and you may choose to stop receiving email from us at any time.

The products and services offered for sale by Ferraro Design are only available to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. The products and services are not available to persons under the age of 18 years old and any other persons who are legally prohibited from entering into binding contracts.

Any party engaging in illegal activities involving the use of this Web Site will be subject to civil and criminal prosecution. Ferraro Design cannot guarantee that it will notice or be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this Web Site, nor can Ferraro Design guarantee that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this Web Site.


Ordering goods
Ferraro Design reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price of the product description posted on this Web Site, or an error in your order.

The Claw™ price, delivery and other charges displayed on this Web Site are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. The availability of products and services may change from time to time.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Ferraro Design, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.


Returns Policy
All goods sold by Ferraro Design are NEW and shipped DIRECT from our warehouse. As such all goods are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from Ferraro Design. If you did not purchase your Claw™ directly from Ferraro Design please contact the point of purchase to arrange returns or refunds.

Important: Before sending any goods back.
Please make sure you contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Form BEFORE you send any goods back to us.

Goods that don't work on delivery
If a product arrives and it is not working "out of the box" please notify us as soon as possible and we will immediately arrange a refund, repair or replacement at your discretion. We will pay any necessary freight costs where the freight is organised by us.

Defective goods under warranty
If a product develops a fault during its normal warranty period please contact us, or complete a RA Form. We will do our best to provide you with assistance in resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

Non-Defective Goods
Typically goods can be returned, refunded, or exchanged within 14 days if they have been unopened and are in the original condition in which they were shipped. It is very important that the goods are in the ORIGINAL condition in which they were received. No returns can be made for any opened products unless they are deemed faulty and a RA number issued by us. The customer will be required to pay the freight to return the goods to us.

Applicable law

You and Ferraro Design agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Victoria. If any provision(s) of these Terms and Conditions is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect. Ferraro Design's failure to exercise or enforce any rights or provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Ferraro Design in writing.


Limitation of liability
Ferraro Design will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from your use or your inability to use this Web Site or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or services or resulting from any products or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through this Web Site or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this Web Site, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if Ferraro Design has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

(i) The replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods;
(ii) The repair of such goods;
(iii) The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
(iv) The payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and
