What is Covered?
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship with the exceptions stated below.

How Long Coverage Lasts?
This warranty runs for one year from the date of original purchase.

What is not Covered?
This warranty shall not cover damage, malfunction or failure resulting from accident, misuse or misapplication, improper or unauthorised repair, neglect, modification or use of unauthorised replacement parts or accessories.

What Ferraro Design Will Do.
Ferraro Design will repair any component that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, Ferraro Design will either replace your product, or refund the full purchase price of your product, whichever you prefer.

How To Get Service?
